Please note we cannot guarantee amphibians that are sent by courier or by any other means. 
We will not deliver or send livestock during adverse weather conditions.

In the rare event of an animal being dead on arrival a photo would need to be supplied to us within 1 hour of the animal being received to be eligible for a refund. In the case of fish, a photo or video of the still bagged fish would need to be supplied within 1 hour of arrival to be eligible for a refund.

 

Postage is non refundable.
